Similar to the pre-existing Exercise Library, the Nutrition Library is a resource for Bombshell VIPs to find delicious recipes for Bombshell-approved cheat meals (that the whole family will love, too), helpful articles regarding nutrition, and tips for rocking the Bombshell Fitness Macro Plan. New recipes will be added seasonally to the library.

All recipes are created by Bombshell Fitness’ nutritionist, Gennifer Strobo. All meal plans are reviewed by a registered dietician.
