In 2013, Bombshell Fitness expanded their definition of competitors by adding their elite pageant preparation program B-Crowned. All B-Competitive plans are designed and customized exclusively for women of varying body types and fitness levels, based on what Judges are choosing in the respective divisions. The Bombshell Fitness Training System™ has become world-renown for transforming female physiques into strong, fit, healthy bodies with a unique and distinctive emphasis on beauty and femininity.

This program is designed to get you on your way to a lean, toned, streamlined pageant look with just the right amount of curves. This is the same system followed by Nia Sanchez- Miss USA 2014 in her quest for the crown. We will create personalized cardio and workout programs designed to sculpt a toned and feminine pageant-winning shape.
Let us sculpt your winning body with our 100% healthy and balanced meal plan that includes between five and six meals each day with various choices of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Our nutrition plans also support and nurture glowing skin tone and luxurious hair. All Bombshell Fitness Nutrition Plans are developed under the advisement of a Registered Dietician.

1.0 to 1.5 hours per day 5 days a week. Time is split between weight training and cardio workouts. As you get closer to your pageant date, additional time may be necessary based upon your progress.
I went to the doctor yesterday just for a yearly check up and he told me that I was so healthy that it didn’t make sense. Haha! My blood pressure is was 100/64 which is low for most people but he said that it couldn’t be more perfect for my build and weight. He asked me what I had been doing and I told him that I work out every day and I’m on a meal plan with Bombshell Fitness and he said to keep doing it because he has never seen someone my age be so healthy with the medical history I have in my family. Weight training and cardio combined into one intense gym session per day. Recommended for those wishing to become more toned/athletic and those with time constraints.
Weight training and cardio split in to two sessions per day. Recommended for those who want faster results. Variations available for those wanting to become toned/athletic or gain muscle size.
FLEX MEAL PLAN
The Flex plan follows the Bombshell Fitness System nutrition principles, while allowing you to choose from a wide variety of nutrient options based on the varying templates provided to meet your goals.
TRADITIONAL Meal Plan
Bombshell Meal Plans to follow as provided and modified monthly by BSF based on your progress. The easiest and most effective option.
Eat with more freedom with our macro-based meal plans, where you track your calorie, fat, protein, and carb intake with the guidance of your coach and target ranges based on your fitness goals.
