Location:

Work from Home Position, NPC/IFBB Show attendance with travel, with Corporate Offices in Orlando, FL –

Travel Required:

Must be available and willing to travel multiple weekends to recruit new Clients and act as Show Coach.

Role and Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients via email, chat, and video calls.
• Lead online workouts and lectures through Facebook Live.
• Assign monthly Bombshell Fitness training, nutrition, and cardio plans tailored to each client’s needs and experience level.
• Collaborate with Bombshell Fitness Directors & Leadership on client plans and address any issues.
• Participate in NPC/IFBB events throughout the year as a Coach, recruit new members, and work booths as needed.
• Actively promote Bombshell and your clients via social media and the Bombshell private network, and continue to represent the company through social media promotion, while focusing on client acquisition and retention.
• Coach and attend select Bombshell Camps and Events.

Additional Duties

• NPC/IFBB Show Travel
• Weekly staff meetings
• Participate in B-Transformed, BOMiCON, and other company-related member challenges
• Personal Training, Camp Coach, BOMiCON Coach (as scheduled)
• Participate in B-Spot (company page for Bombshell members)

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be an IFBB Pro – no exceptions
• Strong work ethic and desire to help others
• Effective communications and interpersonal skills
• Healthy, balanced approach to fitness and competition
• Mature self-confidence and strong self-esteem
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, Gmail, and client portal management.

Compensation:

• Percentage of Client Revenue based on number of Clients Served
• $25 per Scheduled Online Class or Lecture (taught from home)
• $100/Day Booth Work Compensation ($50/half day)
• $250/Show Weekend when acting as Coach in Charge (Friday Noon-Post Finals)
• $250/Camp when Coaching
• As an Independent Contractor you are responsible for your own travel costs
