EMPLOYMENT 

Company Primary Products/Services: World premiere online fitness membership service offering monthly mainstream and competitive fitness training programs, online and on-site coaching support, private members-only social community, training camps, online merchandise boutique.

Location: Work from Home Position, with Corporate Offices in Orlando, FL

Travel Required: As Scheduled

Role and Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with all assigned clients via email, online chat, video calls
• Goal setting calls with each new client
• Teach online workouts and lectures via FB Live
• Choose appropriate Bombshell Fitness System training, nutrition and cardio plan for each assigned client each month
• Inspire, guide and instruct your clients based on their individual needs and level of experience
• Work with Director of Team Bombshell and/or Director of Operations on client issues, assigning plans
• Regularly promote your clients and Bombshell via Social Media and Bombshell’s Private Social Network
• Coach at select Bombshell Camps (additional compensation provided)
• Client Acquisition and Retention
• Use of Social Media to Promote Company

Additional Duties

• Motivational Emails as scheduled
• Show Travel
• Weekly staff meetings – mandatory
• Live Chat host (as scheduled)
• Participate in B-Transformed, BOMiCON, and other company-related member challenges
• Personal Training, Camp Coach, BOMiCON Coach (as scheduled)
• Create and Monitor Private FB page for members on roster
• Participate in B-Spot (company page for Bombshell members)

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be an IFBB Pro
• Strong work ethic and desire to help others
• Effective communications and interpersonal skills
• Healthy, balanced approach to fitness and competition
• Mature self-confidence and strong self-esteem
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, Gmail, and database management

Compensation:

• Base salary commensurate with credentials and experience
• PLUS wide variety of performance-based bonuses and incentives
• PLUS additional compensation for Private Coaching, Coaching at Competitions, Ancillary Services
