Jennifer Lopez endured several personal struggles. “Everyone goes through challenges and the most important thing you can do is to learn and grow from each of them,” she says. “I’ve had my own personal challenges, but I’ve walked away from them with a new perspective, and that’s where I find my greatest strength.”

No matter who you are, we all fall on hard times at some point in our life. Overcoming Obstacles is by no means easy, but there are steps you can take to make even the biggest of obstacles more manageable.

Our behaviors on the outside are the real indicators of who you are on the inside. Observe how you behave when things go wrong. How do you react? Do you shut down? Are you a problem-solver? At what point is it too much to handle? There’s no right or wrong answer, it’s solely understanding yourself at a deeper level.
