My coaching style is educational and instructional. I’m not a big hype, loud, in your face kind of coach/trainer. I like for my clients to understand the “why” behind the “what” so they can learn how to be intuitive with their body and also be able to communicate that effectively to me.
My ideal client is anyone hungry for change, has a good work ethic and is coachable.. willing to try new things. Coaching is a relationship and requires open communication with both of us. It really is the key to success.
