My coaching style is straightforward and to the point. I incorporate a mix of training styles including bodybuilding (hypertrophy), strength training, functional training, stretching, healthy eating, weight loss, and working out from home.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to make the change that they’ve been dreaming of. Guiding, supporting and motivating someone to work towards and eventually achieve their goals means the world to me!
Stepping on stage for the first time in 2013 at the NPC Grand Prix is definitely one of my proudest achievements. I was so scared. I faced that fear, pushed past all the uncomfortable feelings and doubts. I turned that fear around. Instead of it stopping me, I used it to get me on that stage, making a dream of mine come true.
