So let’s change it up and push ourselves on this week’s training. I know at times you want something fun, new and exciting on your lifting plans BUT now that you know all about progressive overload, you understand WHY your lifting plans repeat either weekly or bi-weekly.
You may also notice that on our plans there is a section to write your weights used. Keeping track and knowing your baseline will give you somewhere to go each week rather than taking a stab in the dark as to what weight to use. You will become more efficient with your time once you take the guesswork out of weights needed for each exercise.
