Welcome to Week 2 of the B-Iconic challenge!

Nutrition - Healthy Sweets, Snacks, and Meal Prepping!

This week lets turn our focus to our nutrition plan and who better to inspire us then the Queen of the Domestic Arts Martha Stewart.

Martha is, well, good at EVERYTHING; but, where she excels is with recipes for classic treats like Pineapple Upside-Down Cake. She wouldn’t be the queen of baking AND gardening AND home-keeping AND horseback riding without a little innovation!

We need to have a little innovation in our lives! Innovation like taking a recipe and adding a ‘Bombshell’ twist to it. Same thing with meal prep: What are different ways you can prep your foods to make them more interesting?

Nutrition doesn’t have to be boring! Being innovative can help us stick to our nutrition plan and keep us on track!

It’s not about perfect, it’s about effort. When you bring that effort every single day, that’s where TRANSFORMATION happens!
