Whether you think you can or you think you can’t… you are RIGHT.

Do you ever see that one person in the gym who is just CRUSHING it?

Super inspiring right?

 I want you to CHANGE the narrative and have YOU become the person who is bringing the INTENSITY and DRIVE to every session. For most of you, the gym is your happy place- you enjoy the sweat. You enjoy the lifts! Buuuuuuut sometimes we get a little too comfortable staying in the same spot. Either we keep the pace slow and relaxed or we don’t challenge ourselves enough with the weight. All of that changes this week.

There are 2 ways that I like to increase intensity.

Try both options and see which one works best for you:

  1. Decreasing rest time between sets and exercises. NO texting or social media in between sets!

  2. Increase the weights. This should be done minimally to avoid injury. You may be surprised how much more you sweat and how strong you actually are.
