Join Master Coach Tatum Bounds and VIP Certified Coach & Transformation of the year Winner Amanda Golden in person at our Spice It Up Bombshell Bootcamp! Our Bombshells are taking over Slidell, Louisiana so pack your boots and join us for the second camp of the year. 
  • Bombshell Exclusive Training – Perfecting form, intensity, modifications, and MORE!
  • Lectures focused on deep nutrition, diversifying lifestyles, and formulating tangible goals
  • Workouts & Lectures highlighting mental and physical strength
  • Access to Cross Gates Family Fitness Facility: Gym equipment, locker rooms, pools, sauna, track, sport courts, and fitness classes
  • Run Peaches N’ Paws 5K with Coach Tatum and Coach Amanda
  • Open floor group discussions/ activities
  • 3 days worth of all you can ask questions, training and educational resources
  • Lets celebrate our last hoorah together on Sunday at The Court of Two Sisters Brunch Restaurant! – Live Jazz during brunch buffet including Breakfast Classics, New Orleans Favorites, Lunch Lagniappe, Salad Bars and a variety of savory Desserts! Coffee and water are included, individuals are responsible for any additional beverages. Limited spots are available, make sure you register before it’s sold out!
