Slinging those weights around in the gym can be FUN, but are you getting the MOST out of each exercise? Isolating the correct muscles? Executing correctly?
An easy way to do that is to focus on proper form when you are lifting as opposed to lifting with your ego.
Those quarter reps or swinging/momentum reps aren’t going to engage the muscle properly to give you the results you want. There is a time and a place for those things but I can assure you , it is not in every workout. Hehe.
Is there an exercise you feel disconnected to? Either because you aren’t feeling the muscles engaged properly or because you aren’t 100% sure about the move?

For some of us, it can be all over the place. I use time blocking and it helps me out SO much. I get a top level view of my day and REALLLLLY helps with any anxiety. I plug in my training, calls, meal prep, kids drop off, meditation/prayer time, client emails/check ins… The list goes on… But you get it. TONS to do. And this helps me feel like less of a chicken with my head cut off.
