Time to BURN that Bombshell Booty! This exercise is performed on the ground, and literally can be done anywhere! So, NO EXCUSE Bombshell! Time to get that booty BURN! Just grab your Bombshell Booty Bands and let’s go!! These bands add an additional burn, and the tougher the band – the tougher the resistance! Challenge yourself each day to do a little more than last time.

  1. Place Bombshell Booty Band above the knees
  2. Lay back on the ground
  3. Pushing from your heels, lift your hips up and SQUEEZE that Booty!
  4. Repeat
